Windy Gap Project definition

Windy Gap Project means that project (including the acquisition and perfection of water rights) constructed by the Subdistrict for the diversion, carriage, and delivery of water from the Colorado River pursuant to the Carriage Contract.
Windy Gap Project means the water diversion and storage project, including the Windy Gap Reservoir, pumping plant, pipeline, water rights and associated works, that is operated by the Municipal Subdistrict under various agreements with participants.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Energy project means the installation or modification of an energy efficiency improvement or the acquisition, installation, or improvement of a renewable energy system.
