Withholding Payment definition

Withholding Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.
Withholding Payment means the amount withheld by ACIAR from the final payment for the Services pending receipt of a satisfactory Final Report;
Withholding Payment has the meaning given to such term in Section 9.5(b).

Examples of Withholding Payment in a sentence

  • To the extent of any portion of a Withholding Payment paid by the Partnership is made with respect to a Partner (any such portion, a “Withholding Tax Payment”), then such Withholding Tax Payment will be treated as a Tax Distribution to such Partner for all purposes of this Agreement.

  • Any amounts that the Partnership is required to withhold from distributions to a Partner under Code section 1446(f) (or similar provisions of state or local law) or otherwise is obligated to pay to any governmental authority with respect to any Transfer of any interest in the Partnership (including penalties, interest and any addition to tax) shall be treated as a Withholding Payment with respect to both the applicable transferee Partner and the former Partner/transferor.
