Builder shall take all reasonable precautions and be solely responsible for the safety of, and shall provide protection to prevent damage, injury, or loss to, all persons within the Work Limits or who would reasonably be expected to be affected by the Work, including individuals performing Work, employees of the Authority, ALDOT, and their consultants, visitors to the Work Limits, and members of the public who may be affected by the Work.
