Work Project(s) means:
Work Project(s) mean specific programs of work reviewed and approved by the Technical Board in accordance with Article 5.0 of this Agreement or specified in a Project Letter.

Examples of Work Project(s) in a sentence

  • On Public Work Projects where statutes exist providing for pre-determined wage and fringe benefit increases, such wage and fringe benefit rates contained in the bid specifications shall remain in effect for the duration of the project, unless the funding agency provides for escalation of those pre-determined wage and fringe benefits, in which case those increases shall be applied to the respective wages and fringe benefits contained herein.

  • The successful bidder will be required to comply with Equal Opportunity Requirements and to abide by the prevailing wage rates for Public Work Projects for all employees on the job.

  • All rights and title to Intellectual Property, whether patentable or copyrightable or not, relating to Work Projects made and/or owned solely by employees of Sponsor shall belong to Sponsor.

  • The contract also allows milestone-based, deliverable-based and/or fixed fee Statement of Work Projects (SOW Projects) to be executed through the VMS.

  • The Company and the Union can agree to Work Projects, outside the normal realm of duties using selected qualified employees.

  • This Contract is governed by the Ethiopian law of Standard Conditions of Contracts for Construction of Civil Work Projects.

  • Persons hired to perform work that would not normally be performed, as a result of Federal or Provincial 'Work Projects' shall not be considered employees for the purpose of this Agreement.

  • PMSC agrees that it will work diligently to replace such individuals as quickly as is commercially reasonable in order to perform the Work Projects as set forth in this Agreement.

  • The parties may communicate via electronic mail regarding the Statement(s) of Work, Project(s) and Deliverable(s), however, all formal notice must be in writing and sent to the other party as described in this Section.

Related to Work Project(s)

  • Work Program means a program of work reasonably acceptable to both parties in respect of a particular Property, contained in a written document setting out in reasonable detail; (i) An outline of the Mining Operations proposed to be undertaken and conducted on the Property, specifically stating the period of time during which the work contemplated by the proposed program is to be done and performed; (ii) The estimated cost of such Mining Operations including a proposed budget providing for estimated monthly cash requirements in advance and giving reasonable details; and (iii) The identity and credentials of the person or persons undertaking the Mining Operations so proposed if not the Optionor, reasonably acceptable to both parties hereto.

  • Work Programme means the document adopted by the Commission for the implementation of the specific programme28 in accordance with its Article 12 or the equivalent document in content and structure adopted by a funding body.

  • Work Progress Schedule means the continually updated time schedule prepared and monitored by Contractor that accurately indicates all necessary appropriate revisions as required by the conditions of the Work and the Project while maintaining a concise comparison to the Baseline Schedule.

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Work Product means any and all works, including work papers, notes, materials, approaches, designs, specifications, systems, innovations, improvements, inventions, software, programs, source code, documentation, training materials, audio or audiovisual recordings, methodologies, concepts, studies, reports, whether finished or unfinished, and whether or not included in the Deliverables, that are developed, produced, generated, or provided by Contractor in connection with Contractor’s performance of its duties under the Contract or through use of any funding provided under this Contract.
