Working Capital Escrow Fund definition

Working Capital Escrow Fund means the Working Capital Escrow Amount deposited into escrow pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.
Working Capital Escrow Fund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(d)(ii).
Working Capital Escrow Fund has the meaning given in Section 3(a).

More Definitions of Working Capital Escrow Fund

Working Capital Escrow Fund means the Working Capital Escrow Amount, and any interest or other amounts earned on it and less and disbursements from it in accordance with the Escrow Agreement.
