Working Capital Promissory Note definition

Working Capital Promissory Note. Term Loan Promissory Note," "Note" or "Notes" shall include all extensions, renewals and modifications of the Notes and all substitutions therefor. All terms and provisions of the Notes are hereby incorporated herein.
Working Capital Promissory Note means that certain promissory note in the form attached hereto as Exhibit U to be issued by the Buyers to Broadwing Communications Services Inc., or an Affiliate of Broadwing Communications Services Inc. to be designated by the Sellers to the Buyers prior to the First Stage Closing, on the First Stage Closing Date.
