WRPA 99 definition

WRPA 99 means the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999.

  • NI 81-102 means National Instrument 81-102 – Investment Funds.

  • COVID-19 means SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, and any evolutions thereof or related or associated epidemics, pandemic or disease outbreaks.

  • health and safety specification means a site, activity or project specific document prepared by the client pertaining to all health and safety requirements related to construction work;

  • NI 81-106 means National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;

  • MFIPPA means the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

  • health and safety file means a file, or other record containing the information in writing required by these Regulations "health and safety plan" means a site, activity or project specific documented plan in accordance with the client's health and safety specification;

  • Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.

  • Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).

  • Baseline actual emissions means the rate of emissions, in tons per year, of a regulated NSR pollutant, as determined in accordance with paragraphs (i) through (iv) of this definition.

  • COVID-19 symptoms means fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea, unless a licensed health care professional determines the person’s symptoms were caused by a known condition other than COVID-19.

  • Expanded polystyrene means blown polystyrene and expanded

  • Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which X-ray photons produce a visual image. It includes the image receptor(s) such as the image intensifier and spot-film device, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.

  • Regulatory Floodway means the channel of a river or other watercourse and the adjacent land areas that must be reserved in order to discharge the base flood without cumulatively increasing the water surface elevation more than a designated height.

  • MARPOL 73/78 means the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (1973) as modified by the Protocol of 1978 relating thereto;

  • B.E.P.D. means an entity certified as a Business enterprise owned or operated by people with disabilities as defined in MCC Section 2-92-586.

  • COVID-19 test means a viral test for SARS-CoV-2 that is:

  • Polystyrene foam means blown polystyrene and expanded and

  • PTCE 95-60 As defined in Section 5.02(b). PUD: A planned unit development.

  • Pump spray means a packaging system in which the product ingredients within the container are not under pressure and in which the product is expelled only while a pumping action is applied to a button, trigger or other actuator.
