Special Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and each REO Loan, 0.25% per annum.
Master Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.25% per annum.
Net Servicing Fee Rate means (a) so long as the Seller or The Bank of New York is the Servicer, 1.25% per annum and (b) if the Seller or The Bank of New York is no longer the Servicer, 2.0% per annum.
Primary Servicing Fee Rate means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the rate that corresponds to such Mortgage Loan set forth on Exhibit A hereto under the heading “Primary Servicing Fee.”
Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.50% per annum.
Subservicing Fee Rate The per annum rate designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "SUBSERV FEE".
Excess Servicing Fee Rate The rate of 0.0% per annum with respect to each Mortgage Loan.
Administration Fee Rate The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee Rate, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee Rate.
Operating Advisor Fee Rate With respect to each Interest Accrual Period, a rate equal to 0.00125% per annum.
Trustee Fee Rate 0.0025% per annum.
Custodian Fee Rate As to any Distribution Date, the applicable Custodian Fee for such Distribution Date, converted to a per annum rate on (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Interest Accrual Period and (ii) with respect to the Determination Date in July 2006 only, the portion of the Closing Date Deposit Amount allocable to principal (calculated on an actual/360 basis).
Program Fee Rate has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.
Certificate Administrator Fee Rate 0.0031% per annum.
Servicing Fee Percentage With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the percentage specified on the Servicer Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Indenture Trustee Fee Rate means the per annum rate at which the Indenture Trustee Fee is calculated.
Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a rate equal to 0.0055% per annum.
Base Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer on each Distribution Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period or, with respect to the first Distribution Date, the Original Pool Balance.
Administrative Fee Rate The sum of the Servicing Fee Rate, the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate and the CREFC® Licensing Fee Rate.
L/C Fee Rate means the rates set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.
Utilization Fee Rate means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.
Fee Rate means initially 0.25% per annum, which shall be subject to increase by 0.25% per annum for each Week in respect of which any Failure has occurred and is continuing.
Special Servicing Fee shall have the meaning given to such term in the Servicing Agreement.
Expense Fee Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of (a) the related Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the Trustee Fee Rate.
Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.
Series Servicing Fee Percentage means 2.0%.
Facility Fee Rate means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.
