XXX Factors definition

XXX Factors has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(a).

  • The Full Capacity Deliverability Status XXX Factors shall apply as of the first day of the month immediately following the date that is forty-five (45) calendar days from the Effective FCDS Date.

  • The Fuel Use Default Payment is calculated by the number of MWhs of Delivered Energy and Paid Curtailed Product provided by the Seller to Buyer from January 1 of the applicable Calendar Year(s) to the Early Termination Date multiplied by the difference between (a) $199.72/MWh adjusted for XXX Factors and (b) the Contract Price adjusted for XXX Factors.

Related to XXX Factors

  • Technique factors means the following conditions of operation:

  • Dilution Factors means, without duplication, with respect to any period, the aggregate amount of all deductions, credit memos, returns, adjustments, allowances, bad debt write-offs and other non-cash credits which are recorded to reduce accounts receivable in a manner consistent with current and historical accounting practices of the Borrower.

  • Sustainability Factors means environmental, social and employee matters, respect for human rights, anti‐corruption and anti‐bribery matters.

  • Weighting factor wT for an organ or tissue (T) means the proportion of the risk of stochastic effects resulting from irradiation of that organ or tissue to the total risk of stochastic effects when the whole body is irradiated uniformly. For calculating the effective dose equivalent, the values of wT are:

  • Loss Factor means the scaling factor determined in accordance with clause 7 and applied by the reconciliation manager to volumes of electricity measured or estimated in respect of ICPs on the Network, in order to reflect the impact of the ICP on Losses within the Network;

  • Leakage technique factors means the technique factors associated with the diagnostic or therapeutic source assembly which are used in measuring leakage radiation. They are defined as follows:

  • Performance Factors means any of the factors selected by the Committee and specified in an Award Agreement, from among the following objective measures, either individually, alternatively or in any combination, applied to the Company as a whole or any business unit or Subsidiary, either individually, alternatively, or in any combination, on a GAAP or non-GAAP basis, and measured, to the extent applicable on an absolute basis or relative to a pre-established target, to determine whether the performance goals established by the Committee with respect to applicable Awards have been satisfied:

  • Load Factor means the percentage of aircraft seats actually occupied on a flight (RPMs divided by ASMs). “NMB” means the National Mediation Board.

  • Stress Factor means 2.25.

  • Leverage Factor means the leverage factor in respect of a Series of ETP Securities as specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Class Factor As to any date of determination and any Class of Certificates (other than the Interest Only Classes and the Residual Certificates), a fraction the numerator of which is (i) the aggregate of the denominations of all Certificates of such Class plus, in the case of each Accrual Class, all interest that has accrued on the Certificates of such Class prior to such date of determination and been added to the Class Balance thereof, less (ii) the aggregate amount of all Principal Distribution Amounts, if any, allocable thereto prior to such date of determination and the denominator of which is the original Class Balance of such Class. As to any date of determination and any Interest Only Class, a fraction, the numerator of which is the percentage of the balance specified for such purpose under “Reference Sheet–Notional Classes” in the Prospectus Supplement (or, if applicable, the sum of the applicable percentages of the balances so specified) and the denominator of which is the original Class Balance thereof.   • Adjustment Factor means, with respect to a share of the Fund (or one unit of any other security for which a Fund Closing Price must be determined), 1.0, subject to adjustment in the event of certain events affecting the shares of the Fund. See “—Anti-dilution Adjustments Relating to the Fund; Alternate Calculation —Anti-dilution Adjustments” below.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Fit factor means a quantitative estimate of the fit of a particular respirator to a specific individual, and typically estimates the ratio of the concentration of a substance in ambient air to its concentration inside the respirator when worn.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Net weight means the weight of the goods themselves without packing materials and packing containers of any kind;

  • Power Factor means the ratio of usage power measured in kW to total power measured in kVA;

  • Required Reserve Factor Floor means, for any Calculation Period, the sum (expressed as a percentage) of (a) 12.5% plus (b) the product of the Adjusted Dilution Ratio and the Dilution Horizon Ratio, in each case, as of the most recent Cut-Off Date.

  • Inflation Factor means a number determined for each tax year by dividing the consumer price index for June of the tax year by the consumer price index for June 2005.

  • Averaging Dates means, in respect of each Valuation Date, each of the dates specified as such in the applicable Final Terms, if any, or if any such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the next following Scheduled Trading Day, in each case subject to Condition 6(l) as set out below.

  • NET INVESTMENT FACTOR The net investment factor for each subaccount is determined by dividing (1) by (2) and subtracting (3) from the result, where:

  • Unit Price Table means the table of prices per unit set out in the Contract;

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Multiplier means 1.0.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.
