Xxxx Atlantic Company means any one of, Xxxx Atlantic, all corporate subsidiaries or other companies affiliated with Xxxx Atlantic, all companies in which Xxxx Atlantic directly or indirectly owns a substantial equity interest, and their successors and assigns.
