Xxxx Las Vegas Resort means the Xxxx Las Vegas hotel and casino resort. “Xxxx Macau” shall mean Wynn Resorts (Macau), S.A., a company incorporated under the laws of Macau. “Xxxx Massachusetts” shall mean Wynn MA LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. “Wynn Massachusetts Project” shall mean the casino resort and related amenities to be developed by Borrower and its Subsidiaries in Everett, Massachusetts. “Wynn Massachusetts Project Opening Date” shall mean the date the Wynn Massachusetts Project is open to the general public. “Wynn Resorts” shall mean Wynn Resorts, Limited, a Nevada corporation.

Examples of Xxxx Las Vegas Resort in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 4.16, if the damaged Collateral is not necessary for and is not used in the operation of the Xxxx Las Vegas Resort or Encore at Xxxx Las Vegas, as the case may be, Xxxx Las Vegas (or the applicable Restricted Subsidiary, as the case may be) may apply the Net Loss Proceeds to make a capital expenditure, improve real property or acquire long-term assets that are used or useful in a line of business permitted by Section 4.13 hereof.
