Xxxx Leases shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of Xxxx Real Property.

Xxxx Leases means (a) that certain Lease Agreement between Ronan O’Caoimh and Xxx Xxxxx with Trinity Biotech Manufacturing Limited for the office in Bray, Co. Wicklow Ireland dated November 26, 2004, (b) that certain Indenture between Xxx Xxxxx and Trinity Biotech Manufacturing Limited dated December 20, 2007 and (c) that certain Lease between O’Caoimh, X’Xxxxx and Trinity Biotech Manufacturing Limited dated July 2016.
