Xxxxx Fargo Credit Facility definition

Xxxxx Fargo Credit Facility means that certain credit facility available to Hawaiian, consisting of a revolving line of credit and a term loan, pursuant to a Credit Agreement (the "Xxxxx Fargo Credit Agreement"), by and among Xxxxx Fargo Foothill, Inc., as arranger and agent, Hawaiian, as borrower, the Company, as guarantor, and the lenders named therein.

Xxxxx Fargo Credit Facility means the Xxxxx Fargo Credit Facility, as defined in the Acquisition Agreement, as in effect on the date hereof, unless otherwise provided.

Xxxxx Fargo Credit Facility means that certain Credit and Security Agreement by and between ASCO USA, LLC, acting through its ASCO Fuel & Lube division, ASCO USA, LLC acting through its ASCO Freight Management division and Xxxxx Fargo Business Credit, Inc. dated October 15, 2004, and the eleven amendments thereto between December 20, 2004 and May 28, 2008.
