Xxxxxx Creek North Parcels definition

Xxxxxx Creek North Parcels means those parcels representing approximately 3.94 acres, located north of Xxxxxxx Road between Lions Gate Road and US 40 that are owned by JAC, CCWP and WPT, subject to Xxxxxxx Acquisition Corp.’s option to purchase the parcel owned by WPT, all as legally described herein.

  • Brewery means a commercial enterprise at a single location producing more than fifty thousand (50,000) barrels per year of malt beverage;
