Xxxxxx Packaging 2017 Notes means the 8.25% senior notes due 2017 issued by Xxxxxx Packaging Company, L.P. and GPC Capital Corp. I, which are Wholly Owned Subsidiaries of Xxxxxx Packaging.
2017 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$600,000,000 of 6.25% Guaranteed Senior Notes Due 2017 issued pursuant to the 2017 Note Indenture.
Packaging Materials means art and mechanical formats for a Software Title including the retail packaging, end user instruction manual with end user license agreement and warranties, end user warnings, FPU media label, and any promotional inserts and other materials that are to be included in the retail packaging.
Additional Senior Notes shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.2(b).
Manufacturing Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.
Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the Expiry Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
NP 11-202 means National Policy 11-202 – Process for Prospectus Reviews in Multiple Jurisdictions;
2019 Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.
Clinical Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
MI 11-102 means Multilateral Instrument 11-102 – Passport System;
Commercial Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
2016 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$460,000,000 of 4.25% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2016 issued pursuant to the 2016 Note Indenture.
2020 Notes means the 6.875% Senior Notes due 2020, issued by Pride International LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.
Incoterms 2010 means the International Commercial Terms, which are a series of pre-defined commercial terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce and are a trademark of the International Chamber of Commerce.
Packaging means the assembly of components necessary to ensure compliance with the packaging requirements of these regulations. It may consist of one or more receptacles, absorbent materials, spacing structures, thermal insulation, radiation shielding, and devices for cooling or absorbing mechanical shocks. The vehicle, tie-down system, and auxiliary equipment may be designated as part of the packaging.
2012 Notes means the 5.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 issued by the Issuer on July 2, 2012.
2014 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$399,517,000 of 10.25% Guaranteed Senior Notes Due 2014 issued pursuant to the 2014 Note Indenture.
2022 Notes means the 6.25% Senior Notes due 2022 issued by the MLP and Finance.
Collaborative pharmacy practice agreement means a written and signed
NP 46-201 means National Policy 46-201 – Escrow for Initial Public Offerings.
New Senior Notes has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Subordinated Notes means the Initial Notes and the Exchange Notes and, more particularly, any Subordinated Note authenticated and delivered under this Indenture, including those Subordinated Notes issued or authenticated upon transfer, replacement or exchange.
Additional Series Equipment Notes means Equipment Notes issued under the Indenture and designated as a Series (other than “Series A” or “Series B”) thereunder in the principal amounts and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture amended at the time of original issuance of such Additional Series under the heading for such Series.
Senior Notes means $500,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s 6.75% senior unsecured notes due 2025 issued pursuant to the Senior Notes Indenture on the Closing Date.
Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.
2026 Notes means the 7.75% Senior Notes due 2026, originally issued by Ensco plc (now Valaris), a public limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales.
