Xxxxxx Xxx Pool definition

Xxxxxx Xxx Pool. A discrete pool of Mortgage Loans owned by a master trust (for which Xxxxxx Mae is trustee, and in which Xxxxxx Xxx has a 100% participation percentage) and serviced by the Servicer pursuant to a Designated Servicing Agreement.

Xxxxxx Xxx Pool means the assemblage of Mortgage Loans backing the issuance of Xxxxxx Mae Certificates.

Xxxxxx Xxx Pool means a group of mortgage loans that back securities issued by Xxxxxx Mae, as contemplated by the Acknowledgment Agreement with Xxxxxx Xxx.
