Xxxxxxx Loan Agreement definition

Xxxxxxx Loan Agreement means the Credit Agreement dated July 31, 2002, among TWC, RMT LLC, RMT, the Lenders party thereto from time to time, Xxxxxx Brothers Inc., as Arranger, and Xxxxxx Commercial Paper Inc., as Syndication Agent and as Administrative Agent.
