  • As part of the Services and at no additional charge to Xxxxxxxx, Provider shall promptly correct any errors or inaccuracies in or with respect to the Reports, the information or data contained in such Reports, or other contract deliverables caused by Provider or its agents, Subcontractors, Managed Final Confidential and Proprietary Information of IBM and Xxxxxxxx Third Parties or third party product or service providers used by Provider to provide the Services.
