Xxxxxxxxx Account definition

Xxxxxxxxx Account and "Custodial Account" each means the Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account established by the Depositor with the Custodian by properly completing and signing the Application Form.

Xxxxxxxxx Account means a unique XxxXxxx.xx account provided solely to you for purposes of using the Services.

Examples of Xxxxxxxxx Account in a sentence

• A Designated Death Beneficiary may be named for the Xxxxxxxxx Account.

• The Custodian may also charge a service fee in connection with any distribution from the Xxxxxxxxx Account.

• Any balance in the Xxxxxxxxx Account on the date the Designated Beneficiary turns 30 years old, or, if earlier, the date of the Designated Beneficiary’s death, must be distributed within thirty (30) days of such date.

• Xxxxxxxxx ESAs established using the Custodial Agreement will meet the requirements of the Code applicable to Xxxxxxxxx ESAs. However, the IRS has not endorsed the investments permitted under this Xxxxxxxxx Account.

• Assets may be transferred or rolled over to this Xxxxxxxxx Account from another Xxxxxxxxx ESA in the name of the Designated Beneficiary or from a Xxxxxxxxx ESA held by a family member of the Designated Beneficiary (subject to certain restrictions).

• To establish the Xxxxxxxxx Account using assets from another Xxxxxxxxx ESA, follow the general instructions for establishing the Xxxxxxxxx Account and note where provided on the Application Form that the contribution is a transfer or rollover from another Xxxxxxxxx ESA.
