Yard trucks definition

Yard trucks means an off-road mobile utility vehicle used to carry cargo containers with or without chassis; also known as util- ity tractor rig (UTR), yard tractor, yard goat, yard hostler, yard hustler, or prime mover. For the purpose of CFP crediting, an electric yard truck is considered a heavy-duty truck.
