Yield Maintenance Agreement Amount. In the case of a Class of Group I Certificates, with respect to any Distribution Date through the Distribution Date in February 2013, if One-Month LIBOR is greater than the applicable Strike Price, an amount equal to the result of multiplying (A) the actual number of days in the applicable Accrual Period divided by 360 by (B) the product of (a) the rate equal to the excess of (x) the lesser of One-Month LIBOR and the applicable Ceiling Rate over (y) the applicable Strike Price and (b) an amount equal to the lesser of the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of such Class and the Projected Principal Balance for such Class for that Distribution Date.
