A fascia sign shall not include any other sign defined in this By-law unless otherwise stated;

  • duly sign means a Declaration Certificate for Local Content that has been signed by the Chief Financial Officer or other legally responsible person nominated in writing by the Chief Executive, or senior member / person with management responsibility(close corporation, partnership or individual).

  • Authorised Signatories means any two authorised officers of the Issuer signing jointly.

  • Authorized Signatory means the designated person of the agency authorized to represent the agency in all matters pertaining to its Proposal. The designated person should hold the Power of Attorney duly authorizing him/ her to perform all tasks including but not limited to sign and submit the Proposal to participate in all stages of the RFP Process, to conduct correspondence for and on behalf of the agency, and to execute any document required to give effect to the outcome of the RFP Process;

  • E-SIGN means the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.), as it may be amended from time to time, or any applicable additional or successor legislation that governs the same subject matter.

  • sky sign ’ means a sign where the top edge of any point of that sign exceeds the height of the roof plane to which it is affixed;

  • Date of Signature means the date of signature of this Agreement by the last party signing;

  • Unauthorized signature means a signature made without actual, implied, or apparent authority. The term includes a forgery.

  • Authorised Signatory means, in relation to any Obligor, any person who is duly authorised and in respect of whom the Administrative Agent has received a certificate signed by a director or another Authorised Signatory of such Obligor setting out the name and signature of such person and confirming such person’s authority to act.

  • Signing means the signing by the Parties of this Agreement;

  • Wall sign means either a sign applied with paint or similar substance on the surface of a wall or a sign attached essentially parallel to and extending not more than 24 inches from the wall of a building with no copy on the sides or edges.

  • Window sign means a sign posted, painted, placed or affixed in or on a window exposed to public view, and shall include an interior sign that faces a window exposed to public view and located within 1 metre of a window; (0240-2007)

  • Undersigned “COMPANY”:

  • authorized sign means any Sign, or marking on a Roadway, or Curb or Sidewalk or other device placed or erected on a Highway under the authority of this By-law or the Highway Traffic Act, for the purpose of regulating, warning or guiding Vehicular and Pedestrian traffic;

  • Signature Guarantee Participant in a recognized Signature Guarantee Medallion Program (or other signature guarantor program reasonably acceptable to the Trustee)

  • Pole sign means a single or multiple-faced sign eight or more feet above grade, supported by one or more uprights in the ground and detached from any building or structure.
