Agent, Majorities. (a) Each Lender hereby appoints Banco Nacional de Mexico, S.A., member of Grupo Fiananciero Banamex as the "Agent", authorizing it to act on its behalf and by its account pursuant with this Agreement, and in those instances where its intervention is not foreseen in this Agreement, as expressly instructed and in writing by each Lender. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Agent shall not lose its Lender status pursuant to this Agreement and shall have the right to act as any other Lender.
