Creation of a Security Interest. In order to secure the performance of the ------------------------------- obligations of the Borrower under the Credit Agreement, including, without limitation, the punctual payment of all amounts that Borrower must pay the Lending Institution (which include the payment of the principal sum, ordinary and penalty interest, commissions, costs and expenses) and other legal consequences borne by the Borrower under the Credit Agreement, the Borrower and the Pledgor hereby pledge the Shares in favor of the Lending Institution.
