Incident after transfer of Material to Buyer. If any accident, incident or emergency occurs after the Material is transferred to Buyer at the mine site, Supplier shall, if requested by Xxxxx, and at the expense of Buyer, provide reasonable assistance to Buyer to limit and mitigate the environmental, health and safety impact of any accident, incident or emergency.
