Procedures Requirements. A Yes/No/NA Provide proof of the updated procedures that must include a detail list of all the requirements to be followed to comply with international, national, legal and governmental control regulations of each country involved in the supply chain where storage and transportation apply, up to the discharge of the Materials in the Site according to the agreed Incoterm. B Yes/No/NA Provide proof of the last version of the Regional Transportation and Logistics Standard you received and the corresponding training to the personnel involved in the service. C Yes/No/NA Comply with the international and site procedures, standards and recommendations for the handling, storage and international and national transportation of hazardous materials, with regards to legal, tax and fiscal matters. D Yes/No/NA Establish a procedure for the receipt, storage and handling of hazardous materials that must be approved by the each applicable Buyer site Transportation & Logistics team. E Yes/No/NA Provide communication flow in case of incidents/accidents during storage or transport regards to Buyer Service. F Yes/No/NA Provide proof of the corresponding Emergency Response Plan (in accordance with the Exhibit A).
