Este Contrato de Licencia de Software de Servidor de BlackBerry Enterprise (el “Contrato”) constituye un contrato legal entre usted en forma individual, o si usted está autorizado a adquirir el Software en representación de su compañía u otra organización, entonces en representación de la entidad en beneficio de la cual usted actúa (“Usted”), y Research In Motion Limited (“RIM”) (juntas denominadas las “Partes” e, individualmente, una “Parte”). AL INDICAR SU ACEPTACIÓN HACIENDO UN CLICK EN EL BOTÓN CORRESPONDIENTE ABAJO, O AL INSTALAR, ACTIVAR O USAR EL SOFTWARE, USTED CONVIENE EN OBLIGARSE POR LAS CONDICIONES DE ESTE CONTRATO.
