En a de del 200_ entre CertiNet S.A., domiciliado en Mardoqueo Fernández N°128, oficina 901, Providencia, en adelante CertiNet, por una parte; y por la otra el Suscriptor o usuario final del Certificado, quien se individualiza al final de este documento, en adelante “El Suscriptor”, se ha convenido el siguiente Contrato de Suscriptor de Certificados emitidos por CertiNet.

POR FAVOR LEA LA TOTALIDAD DEL PRESENTE CONTRATO DE SUSCRIPTOR DETALLADAMENTE, PUES CONSTITUYE UN CONTRATO VINCULANTE ENTRE USTED Y HUGHES DE COLOMBIA S.A.S., identificada con NIT 900.971.687-1 (“Hughes”). AL SOLICITAR O ABRIR UNA CUENTA CON HUGHES, USTED ACEPTA SOMETERSE A LOS TÉRMINOS DEL PRESENTE CONTRATO.
