INSURANCE. 6.1. The parties are responsible for insuring the goods in accordance with the division of responsibility indicated in the terms of delivery agreed. Other insurance is subject to separate agreement.
INSURANCE. So long as the Loan is outstanding, the Borrower and the Final Beneficiary shall appropriately insure all works and property forming part of the Project in accordance with normal practice for similar works of public interest in the Republic of Estonia.
