PAYMENT TERMS. Tamko invoices registered entities. The payment terms for invoicing are 14 days net (interest on late payment 12.5%). Individual lessors pay the rent when signing the contract in cash or by card.
PAYMENT TERMS. The parties shall accept the payment terms in accordance with the offer and confirmation. If payments are not made as agreed, the landlord has the right to refrain from granting the hirer access to the venue. We reserve the right to make price adjustments based on tax law and its interpretations. We also reserve the right to amend the payment terms due to changes in the company’s credit information or the deterioration of the company’s risk rating. The hirer must provide an invoicing address when confirming the booking.
