ACCOMODATIONS LETS. Arrival 4.00 pm – departure 10 am a) The accomodation must be vacated between 8.30 am and 10.00 am on the day of departure. By taking possession of the rental you will have to check the accuracy of the inventory (given on your arrival) and report any errors found at the latest the nest day. b) The balance of the stay must be paid in full 15 days before the date of arrival (under penalty of cancellation of the rental). No reduction will be granted in the event of a late arrival or early departure. c) The Mobil-homes or Chalets are rented for a given number of people. d) The Mobil-Home or Chalet will be left in the same state of cleanless as on arrival. Failing this, the client will have to pay a lump sum of cleaning (MH 1ch et Chalet : 60€ - MH 2ch : 75€ - MH 3ch : 90€). Any damage and missing item will be charged to the client. e) As a guarantee of the provisions of article 5d, a deposit of € 420 by credit-card (€ 400 + € 20 deposit for the barrier badge) will be requested from the client on his arrival and will be returned to him after inventory on the day of the departure,unless the management decides at the end of the inventory. This deposit does not constitute a limit of liability. Inventories are on Saturday between 8.30 am and 10.00 am. In case of early departure outside office hours, the client must go to the reception to know the terms of the departure and return of deposit.

No reduction will be agreed upon for a late arrival or an early departure. c) The Mobil-home or Chalet are hired for a given number of people. d) The Mobil-Home or Chalet must be returned in the same appropriate condition that it was in the arrival. If the cleaning is not done well, (MH 1ch et Chalet : 60€ - MH 2ch : 75€ - MH 3ch : 90€). All darnage or missing objects will be charged to the tenant. e) In guaranteeing the provisions of article 5d, a deposit of € 420 by credit-card (€ 400 + € 20 deposit for the fence badge) will be demanded from the tenant on his arrival and will be returned to him on his departure, afteran eventual deduction (if necessary) to repair expenses. This deposit does not constitute a limit of liability. Inventories have place on Saturday between 8.30 am and 10 am. In case of early departure outside office hours, the deposit will be returned by mail after inspection.
