Commercial guarantees. In some cases, a commercial guarantee may be offered to the Member by the Seller. If this is the case, this will be indicated in the Information Sheet of the Products concerned and also on the invoice for the Products issued by the Seller. The Member must exercise its right exclusively with the Seller in accordance with the terms and conditions of the commercial guarantee provided by the latter.
