Delivery - Acceptance Clauses Exemplaires
Delivery - Acceptance. The contractual delivery date shall be understood as the date when the goods have arrived and been unloaded at the point of delivery specified in the Order. This is imperative and constitutes an essential provision of the Order. The effective delivery date is that noted by the receiving clerk on the receiving slip (or delivery note) duly signed by one of his/her authorised representatives. No deliveries may be made early without the prior written agreement of A. If acceptance at the Specific Conditions of the Order is planned, this shall be constituted by A's declaration, made at S.'s initiative, that it accepts (with or without reservations) the Supplies, works and/or services concerned by the Order (hereinafter "the Supplies").
