Settlement procedures. With the exception of prepaid products, DPD’s services are payable cash, on receipt of the invoice, without any discount, at the place of issue. If deferred payment terms are granted, they may not in any circumstances exceed thirty (30) days after the invoice date, pursuant to Article L.441-11 of the French Commercial Code (Code de Commerce). Payments will be made by direct debit, unless otherwise specifically agreed. DPD does not accept bills of exchange or promissory notes. The Customer undertakes to supply DPD with any documentation or proof liable to facilitate invoicing and the checking of dispatches.
