Responsibility limits. EXPERITIA’s responsibility per task is limited to five times the amount of the perceived or to be perceived fee for its task and this shall not be in any case superior to 10 000 (ten thousand) euros. Litigation must be understood, considering the present general sales conditions, as a disagreement formalised in writing, which origin is in a generating event that occurred during a formation, an operation or in the present contract’s interpretation, or in a series of occurrences having the same origin.
