Return policy. If You use Your right of retraction, the return of the Product must be made in its original unsealed packaging and be accompanied by all accessories and notices. The returned Product must also be in perfect condition and must in no case have been used. Any return of Product(s) that is (are) incomplete, damaged, used or soiled, will authorise Le Voyage à Nantes to claim compensation from You for its entire damage. You may be held liable in the event of depreciation of the Product(s) resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product(s). To establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product(s), You may only handle and inspect it(them) with all necessary precaution. The return must be carried out according to the following procedure: You send a request for return to the Customer Service department of the E-Boutique whose contact details are given in Article 2 hereof by e-mail or by any other means providing an acknowledgement of receipt. The Customer Service Department will send You a withdrawal form by e- mail and You will return the Product(s) by Your own means - having previously completed the form - to the postal address indicated in article 2 hereof. You are reminded that, in this case, the return will be made at Your own risk. The transfer of risks will take place upon receipt of the Product(s) in Le Voyage à Nantes's warehouses after verification of its (their) condition.
