GENERAL TERMS OF RENTING SERVICE

LE LOCATAIRE DU MATERIEL (THE TENANT OF THE EQUIPEMENT)

*Reconnaît avoir reçu le matériel en parfait état de marche.

Recognizes receicing the equipement in perfect condition.

*Reconnaît avoir été informé de la zone de navigation autorisée pour cette navigation (voir plan d’eau affiché)

Recognizes being informed about the navigation zone autorized for the activity (refer to displayed water area.

*Affirme qu’il possède les connaissances et l’expérience nécessaire à la navigation qu’il projette de réaliser suivant les conditions notées sur le contrat de location.

Xxxxxxx having the required knowledge and expérience for the navigation he intends to practice according to the

established terms.

* S’engage à utiliser le matériel confié dans les conditions normales au regard : des règles de navigation, du règlement des abordages en mer et des spécificités du matériel loué et ce à chaque sortie.

Commits himself (herself) to use the rented equipement in normal conditions in the sight of the navigation regulations,

sea collision regulations, and specifications of the rented equipement.

* Reconnaît qu’il est responsable juridiquement du matériel loué ,dès la prise en charge du matériel auprès du conseiller nautique qui correspond au début de la location, et jusqu’à la restitution de ce matériel au conseiller nautique qui correspond à la fin de la location.

Takes the legal responsibility for the hired matériel from the undertaking of the equipement until il will be returned,

which corresponds to the end of hiring.

*S’engage à verser en cas : de sinistre et selon sa responsabilité (règlement des abordages en mer), perte ou casse de matériel,le montant des frais de réparation, intervention ou de remplacement de ce matériel. Ce remboursement étant plafonné au montant de la caution défini sur le contrat de location.

Xxxxx himself (herself) to pay in case of : collision (and according to his (her) responsability), loss or breakageof the

cost of repair, intervention or replacement of the equipement. The payement will be limited to the amount of the deposit or excesse specified on the rental contract.

* S’engage à déposer à titre de dépôt de garantie, une caution dont le montant est défini sur le contrat de location .

Xxxxx himself (herself) to pledge, the amount specified on the rental contratct.

*S’engage à régler en cas de dépassement horaire le temps supplémentaire écoulé au prorata des tarifs en vigueur, ainsi que les frais d’intervention en cas de non respect de la zone de navigation.

Xxxxx himself (herself) to pay in case of overtiming, the extratime in proportion to the tariffs in force, as well the

intervention fees in case on non-respect of the navigation zone.
