1 - RESERVATION:
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:
Booking will be confirmed to you within 15 days following payment of 30% commitment of deposit on the totality of your stay by bank transfer to: « camping du Pont Xx Xxxxxxx ». Booking is effective after reception of our written confirmation. The camper agrees the camping place which is assigned to him. As best we can, expressed wishes will be taken into account.
2 - ARRIVAL DEPARTURE:
Arrival is after 14 hours Departure is before 11 hours
A booked camping place will be conserved 24 hours starting the initially planed arrival day. In case of late arrival, please call :+33 (0)0-00-00-00-00 or +33 (0)0-00-00-00-00
The full payment is required at your arrival. In case of change or impediment, or of early departure, the commitment is not reimbursed.
3 – CANCEL :
If you cancel less than 30 days before your stay your booking you will still have to pay:
- administrative expenses
- the whole cost of the stay if you cancel.
No reimbursement is possible for an early departure or late arrival under any circumstances.
4 - PETS:
While camping, the health, tattoo and vaccines books are mandatory. Animals mustn’t walk free alone but must be always kept with a xxxxx.
Masters must collect their animal wastes and respect the cleanliness and tidiness.
5- RIGHT AT THE IMAGE:
For the advertising needs for the camp-site, you authorize expressly and without counterpart the camp-site to use on any support the photographs of you, your children or your goods personal which could be taken during your stay.
6- OTHER:
Wood or charcoal barbecues are not allowed in the camping site.
Visitors have to introduce themselves at the reception. Their vehicle stays at the parking next to the entrance.
Any exception to these rules and regulations can lead to an immediate exclusion from the campsite without indemnity.
