This Confirmation Booking Form-Agreement consists of the particulars detailed above and the terms and conditions detailed overleaf whereby the property is hereby let by the owner and taken by the tenant for the term at the rent. The above terms overwrite the terms that listed below.

The property will be booked, only when the tenant send us back the CONFIRMATION BOOKING FORM-AGREEMENT signed and the copy of the certificate of deposit of the reservation, till the agreed date.
CONFIRMATION BOOKING FORM-AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The booking agreement is between the tenant and the owner of the property for which the booking is made and incorporates the terms and conditions below. The price includes only accommodation as specified (NOT flights, ferry tickets, rental car, holiday insurance etc) except if something different has been referred at the extra services of the booking form.
AUTHORITY TO SIGN
The person who signs the booking form certifies that he/she is authorized to agree to Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons included on the booking form. The signatory must be a member of the party occupying the property and must be at least 18 years old.
DEPOSIT AND FULL PAYMENT POLICY
A reservation deposit of 30% must accompany the signed confirmation booking-agreement. The rest debit balance (70%) must be repaid in full at least 2 weeks before your arrival. If the booking is made within the last 2 weeks of the commencement date then the full repayment must accompany the booking. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the payments are not received until the due date. Please read the cancellation charges in the follow section.
The above terms of deposit and full payment policy are not valid in case that a different deposit (Reservation Deposit) and full payment (Balance Due) policy has been agreed at the booking form.
The tenant should arrange that the required amount should transferred in the local currency and should be received NET from the owner, free of bank charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- The renter has the right to cancel the booking 6 weeks before the arrival day and the reservation deposit will be refunded with no extra charges except from the bank fees. Otherwise, the entire amount is forfeited.
The above terms of cancellation policy are not valid in case that a different cancellation policy has been agreed at the booking form.
The owner has the right to cancel the booking if the terms agreed in the first page concerning the tenants and the deadlines of payments are not respected. In that case the reservation deposit is not refunded. In any other case of cancellation by the owner any amount paid by the client will be totally refunded.
CHANGING THE ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE DATE OR ASK TO STAY FEWER THAN THE AGREED DAYS
In case you want to change your arrival or departure date after the signing of the Confirmation Booking Form, you should send an email and inform the owner. If the owner has availability and accept your change, he will let you know. Changes may result in the recalculation of the price of your arrangements where, for example, the basis on which the price of the original arrangements was calculated has changed.
In case you want to stay fewer days than the agreed, the owner has the exclusive right to accept it.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The property will be available for occupancy from 15:00 o’clock (Greek Time) and must be vacated by 10.00 am o’clock (Greek Time) at the day of departure.
The above terms of arrival and departure are not valid in case something different has been agreed at the booking form.
TENANTS’ OBLIGATIONS
All clients undertake to behave with propriety and in such a manner as in no way to cause or be likely to cause damage, distress danger or annoyance to other clients, property and/or any third party. The tenants are reliable for any damage on and around the property including and not limited to plants, external structure etc. The tenants should be respected the property and all the contents. Tenants are expected to leave the property in same condition they were delivered, tidy and as clean as possible. Property contents, included and not limited to ornamental things, linen, small electric appliances etc remain with the property. The owner/agent reserves the right to enter the property for inspection.
Only the persons named on the booking form (or substituted at a later date with our approval) may occupy the accommodation and only for the purposes of private holiday accommodation. It is not allowed to stay in the property more people than the agreed number of tenants.
PETS
We are very sorry but pets are not allowed.
TRAVEL & HEALTH DOCUMENTATION - INSURANCE
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all necessary travel (passports, VISA if applicable etc) and health documents before your departure.
It is not a condition of booking that you must be covered by a travel insurance policy.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
In case a refundable damage deposit is required from the owner of the property, this amount will be paid directly to the owner/manager of the property the arrival day and will be refunded on your departure, if there is not any damage in the property.
OWNER’S OBLIGATIONS
The owner is responsible to deliver the property tidy and clean. The owner should provide all the facilities which are mentioned to our website and the equipment should be worked properly. The owner will not charge extra the tenant for utilities cost (electricity and water) except if different have been agreed. The owner ensures that if there is a swimming pool at the property, it is kept clean and well maintained. Ensure that all service appliances and air-conditioning in all rooms where fitted, shall be and will remain in good, safe and full working order at all times.
In the event of any malfunction of any of the foregoing shall promptly procure the repair of the same as soon as possible.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you have any special request, you must advise us at the time of booking. Although we will endeavor to pass any reasonable requests on to the relevant supplier, we regret we cannot guarantee any request will be met. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract on our part. Unless and until specifically confirmed, all special requests are subject to availability.
In case of cancellation, for any other services that we have arranged on your behalf, the provider’s cancellation policy will apply.
TENANTS’ COMPLAINTS
If you have cause for complaint for the property during your accommodation, this must be brought to the attention of the owner or the manager of the property (written) immediately so that action can be taken at the time to rectify the problem. Most problems can be dealt with quickly.
GOVERNING LAW
This Confirmation Booking Form-Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the law of Greece to the jurisdiction of which the parties here to submit.
