3 Commitments of BIDDERs. The BIDDER commits itself to take all measures necessary to prevent corrupt practices, unfair means and illegal activities during any stage of its bid or during any pre-contract or post-contact stage in order to secure the contract or in furtherance to secure it and in particular commit itself to the following : -
