Acceptance of Terms and Selection Process. 3.8.1. A Recipient will, by responding to the Bank for RfP, be deemed to have accepted the terms of this RfP. 3.8.2. Each Recipient / Respondent having responded to this RfP acknowledges to have read, understood and accepts the selection & evaluation process mentioned in this RfP document.
