Amendment to the bidding documents. 4.5.1 At any time prior to the date of submission of Bids, the Bank, for any reason, may modify the Bidding Document, by amendment. 4.5.2 The amendment will be posted on Bank’s website xxx.xxxxx.xx and CPPP (xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx) only. 4.5.3 All Bidders must ensure that such clarifications have been considered by them before submitting the bid. Bank will not have any responsibility in case some omission is done by any bidder. 4.5.4 In order to allow prospective Bidders reasonable time in which to take the amendment into account in preparing their Bids, the Bank, at its discretion, may extend the deadline for the submission of Bids. 4.6
