By the Bidder. The bidder may terminate this Contract, by not less than thirty (30) days’ written notice to the Employer, such notice to be given after the occurrence of any of the events specified in paragraphs (a) through (c) of this Clause GC 2.6.2: (a) If the Employer fails to pay any money due to the bidder pursuant to this Contract and not subject to dispute pursuant to Clause General Conditions 7 hereof within forty-five (45) days after receiving written notice from the bidder that such payment is overdue. (b) If, as the result of Force Majeure, the bidder is unable to perform a material portion of the Services for a period of not less than sixty (60) days.
