CHANGE ORDERS. 3.8.1 The Institute may at any time by written order given to the Contractor make changes within the general scope of the contract in any one or more of the following: - a) Drawings, designs or specifications where goods works to be furnished under the contract are to be specifically manufactured for the Institute. Method of transportation or packing. b) Place of delivery. c) Services work to be provided by the Contractor. 3.8.2 If any such change causes an increase or decrease in the cost or the time required for the execution of the contractor, an equitable adjustment shall be made in the contract price or delivery schedule or both and the contract shall accordingly be amended. 3.9
