Clarification of bids. To assist in the scrutiny, evaluation and comparison of offers/bids, the Bank may, at its sole discretion, ask some or all bidders for clarification of their offer/bid. The request for such clarifications and the response will necessarily be in writing and no change in the price or substance of the bid shall be sought, offered or permitted. Any decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final, conclusive and binding on the bidder. 7.5.
