CLIENT’S ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES. AAI shall discharge all his obligations connected with the project and engagement of the Architect Consultant, as follows: 7.1 To provide detailed requirement of the project. 7.2 To provide existing site plan, to a suitable scale showing existing physical features, existing structures etc. In case such information is not readily available, AAI shall provide the necessary information. 7.3 To pay all the fees, levies, security deposits and expenses in respect of statutory sanction. 7.4 To give effect to the professional advice of the Architect / Consultant and cause no changes in the approved drawings, specifications, details without the consent of the Consultant. 7.5 To pay Architect / Consultant‟s bills within one month of its submission. 8.
