Erasures or Alterations. The offers containing erasures or alterations will not be considered until it is duly signed and stamped by the authorised signatory. There should be no hand-written material, corrections or alterations in the offer. Technical details must be completely filled in. Correct technical information of the product being offered must be filled in. Filling up of the information using terms such as “OK”, “accepted”, “noted”, “complied”, “as given in brochure / manual is not acceptable.
