Interpretation. All the terms and conditions of contract shall be read in conjunction with all other documents forming part of this contract. Notwithstanding the subdivisions of the documents into these separate sections, every part of which shall be deemed to be supplementary to and complimentary of every part and shall be read with and into the contract. 25.
Interpretation. This Agreement and the arrangement between the parties shall at all times be read along with the terms and conditions of this bid and the response of the Licensee to the bid . In the event of any interpretation of the provisions of this arrangement between the parties, the documents shall be read in the following order of precedence: Railway’s latest policies as applicable form time to time The Articles of this Agreement.
