Issue of proper bills, etc. The Licensee shall issue proper bill(s)/receipts(s) against the sale of food items/beverages to the customers of the SMU. The licensee shall also ensure computerized billing for all the items sold in the unit and the licensee shall provide the facility for cashless transaction viz. POS/Swipe machine, BHIM, Mobile Wallets, Bharat QR code, any new schemes/tools/instruments introduced by Government of India or Ministry of Railways for promoting cashless transaction etc. compulsorily available in the unit.
