PART REPLACEMENT. Faulty parts that need replacement are to be replaced by the part of same specification and from same OEM without any additional cost to NIFT. If the part of same specification / OEM is not available then it is to be replaced by part of higher specifications / configuration from OEM’s listed/agreed by NIFT. The cost of the same would be borne by the bidder. At no stage local made spares be used. The contractor will be penalized the cost of the equipment if local spares are used as replacement. 6.
